Off-Screen prior to Season 4:

Nina and Scola had a "relationship" 1 year prior to her arrival on FBI. They had a one-night stand and he never called.

(FBI: "One-Night Stand"):

They teamed up together for a case.Nina was angry at him for the majority of the episode and Scola tried to aplogize multiple times. Finally, when she was leaving he asked her out so they could finally talk. It is assumed this is when they started their relationship back up.

Nina and Scola are revealed to be in a relationship and are partnered up together for a case.

Friendships

Tiffany Wallace:

Tiff and Nina were partnered up once during her time with the team. During that one partnership Nina and her didn't really get along about how they were dealing with a CI. At the end of the episode Nina shared that the call she took about the money was pertained to a CI who she lost and how she sends money to his daughter every month to put in a secret bank account she can use for college. She also reveals to Tiff that she didn't come from a privileged home, but that she grew up in a trailer park in Texas and that the Rolex she was wearing was her first gift to herself when she graduated from Quantico.

OA Zidan:

Nina during her time with the New York FBI unit was mainly partnered with OA as she was subbing for Maggie while she recovered from the Serin Gas poisoning. During their partnership they did have issues trusting each other as OA had a tendency to go rogue and Nina was worried that he wouldn't have her back.

When she announced she was leaving OA was disappointed.

Jubal Valentine:

Though they mainly interacted in the crossover. They did have a conversation in Season 4 about OA. Nina expressed her worries for her partner and that his judgement might be clouded.

In the crossover, Jubal and her get in the fight because she wants to go out in the field and Jubal won't let her because she is pregnant. After she gets shot and before she looses consciousness Nina tells Jubal to tell Scola that her and the baby were fine. Though outside the crossover they haven't had many conversations.

Cameron Vo:

Nina and Vo developed a friendship quickly during Nina's time in Rome. Vo blames herself for Nina getting shot.

Scott Forrester:

Though, she barely interacted with Forrester during her time in Rome. Forrester is the person who stayed by her side in the hospital relaying news to the New York office about her condition.
